It's very common to see messages of the type "Notice: Undefined index: field_field_name in _ctools_entity_field_value_ctools_access_get_child() (line 63 of /..../sites/all/modules/ctools/plugins/access/entity_field_value.inc). The problem usually stems from deleted fields not being properly removed from the database. Why they're not removed is a different issue. A quick, but potentially dangerous solution is to delete the troublesome "none-existent" field directly from your database.

Synonyms module allows you to attach synonyms to terms so you can reference/find/select the original term using its "synonym". Synonym in this case is extended to mean any variant of the word that a user might use (miss-spellings / alternate spellings, synonyms, singular/plural of the word etc).

I recently deleted a certain content type, then attempted to create a content type with the same name. Everything seemed to work fine; got notice that content type has been added etc. When I attempt to add content to that content type I realized that the content type was none-existent.
I tried to create the content type again, and again. Each time it would seem to indicate that the attempt was successful, but the particular content type was still missing.
